The food was just excellent, their buffets in addition to being varied was very good.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Behind the hotel are its two pools, one with water slides for the kids and another a bit more for the adults, and then you can go down some stairs from there, cross a street, and be on nice beach with soft sand. The hotel has chairs and equipment for rent at the beach, but you are free to not use that and/or walk to the other popular beaches on both sides of it. All-inclusive buffet was OK, and the food selection changed from day-to-day, but I would not call it amazing. About 15 minutes walk to main Medina (shopping area) and a plaza where you can find a mini-train or horse carriage rides for tours of the area.It seems to be a tired old hotel, kind of falling apart
I liked the location of the hotel so the staff are good and it's quiet even at night.
